How It Works

Structured. Transparent. Deadline-Aware.

Kontrastudio operates on a defined review process designed for competitive timelines. Each stage is documented and time-bound.

1. Checkout and Submission

After payment, you submit your materials via a secure Tally form by pasting download links (no large file uploads on the website).

You complete checkout via Stripe. After successful payment, you are taken to a secure intake form (Tally). In the form, you provide:

  • A download link to your recording(s)
  • Optional backup link (recommended if your primary link expires)
  • Application or audition requirements (text, PDF, or link)
  • Deadline context
  • Any specific concerns

Once the form is submitted, you receive confirmation and an estimated delivery date (within one working day).

2. Intake and Verification

We review:

  • Audio quality and format
  • Video framing and technical compliance
  • File naming and structure
  • Stated requirements versus submission materials

We first verify that all links open correctly and that your materials match the stated requirements. Technical inconsistencies are flagged before performance analysis begins.

3. Performance Review

We conduct a structured evaluation including:

  • Interpretation and pacing
  • Structural coherence
  • Articulation and projection
  • Program balance (if multiple works)
  • Risk points under competitive conditions

All feedback is timestamped and organized in written form.

4. Delivery

You receive:

  • A structured PDF report
  • Timestamped performance notes
  • Technical verification summary
  • Prioritized revision plan

Delivery is made via secure link.

5. Optional Follow-Up

If selected, follow-up consultation allows you to:

  • Clarify feedback
  • Discuss revision strategy
  • Confirm final submission readiness

Timeline Overview

Essential Review: 3–5 working days
Advanced Review: 5–7 working days
Jury Simulation: 7–10 working days

Express turnaround may be available upon request.

Confidentiality

All materials are treated confidentially.

You share recordings via your own download links (for example Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer). Access is limited to the reviewers assigned to your case. We do not distribute or publish your recordings. We may create temporary working copies solely to complete the review, these are not retained beyond review requirements.

Before You Submit

Ensure:

  • Final versions are uploaded
  • File names match official requirements
  • Deadlines are clearly stated
  • Your download link allows access without approval steps
  • If your link expires, include a backup link and ensure access remains active until delivery

If in doubt, consult the Submission Standard page before submitting.
