Consumer notice
Where Kontrastudio sells to consumers online, consumer protection rules may apply. In the case of immediately delivered digital content, Kontrastudio may request express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, where permitted by applicable law.
Dispute resolution notice
Consumers should first submit complaints directly to Kontrastudio at studio@kontrastudio.eu. If no agreement is reached, eligible disputes may be referred to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer in operation.
