This page explains the withdrawal and refund rules that apply to purchases from Kontrastudio OÜ where the customer is a consumer.
1. Statutory withdrawal right
Consumers may generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period begins in accordance with applicable law and depends on the nature of the product or service.
2. How to exercise withdrawal
To exercise the withdrawal right, the consumer must send an unequivocal statement of withdrawal to:

The statement should identify the order clearly, for example by including the customer’s name, the product or service purchased, and the date of purchase.
3. Refund timing
If a valid withdrawal is made, Kontrastudio will refund the amounts due without undue delay and, where applicable law so requires, no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice.
4. Digital content delivered immediately
The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply in the usual way to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium once delivery has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is thereby lost to the extent permitted by law.
Where such consent and acknowledgement are required, they will be requested before immediate delivery begins.
5. Services begun during the withdrawal period
Where the consumer requests that a service begin during the withdrawal period, special rules may apply. If the service has been fully performed with the consumer’s prior express request and acknowledgement where required by law, the withdrawal right may be lost or limited.
6. Cases where withdrawal may not apply
Withdrawal may not apply, or may apply differently, in cases permitted by law, including certain immediately delivered digital content and certain services already begun with the consumer’s consent.
7. Contractual refunds outside statutory withdrawal
Apart from mandatory legal rights, refunds are granted only where expressly stated on the relevant product page, offer, or written agreement.
Unless otherwise stated:
- downloaded digital products are non-refundable once delivery has begun under the lawful digital-content exception
- booked service work already performed is non-refundable
- partial refunds, credits, or delivery concessions may be offered at Kontrastudio’s discretion where appropriate
